Re: Cowboys Considering Gibbs
I'm surprised it took someone this long to call me on that!! the 80's n 90's gibbs was the bomb, this gibbs is not, this gibbs barely has a better record than norv turner did his first 3 yrs,and turner had way less to work with, not to mention signing anybody you want in free agency, now no way am i saying turner is a better coach than gibbs,I'm just saying I'm not happy with this gibbs, the skins were by far the biggest dissapointment in the nfl this yr,and if it was anybody else besides gibbs coaching them,he either would have been fired or be in the hot seat bigtime

Any coaching errors made this year were probably attributable to a lack of Gibbs' influence rather than to Gibbs himself. I honestly think he learned more this year than all of his prior coaching expierences combined. At the end of the year, he was even reconsidering some of his old-school conservative tendencies, considering going for a 4th and 1 vs. NO before correctly opting to kick the FG. That's the mark of a good coach. Not that anyone should be questioning whether or not Gibbs is a good coach. From a righting the ship standpoint, is there any coach in the league better at it than Gibbs?

Re: Cowboys Considering Gibbs
I think that the Cowturds should make T.O. the NFL's only player/coach. That way he can finally make a game plan that makes him happy. Plus I would love to watch the press conferences where the "coach" complains about his star WR being a lazy loud mouth fool.
