i should mention this is somewhat outdated (iffy is still on it), but its 95 players (including iffy and jansen), so its within 3...

if i had to guess randomly from who i've seen them bother to play:
48 Stephens, Leonard TE
13 Standeford, John WR
16 Williams, Jafar WR
12 Brewer, Jonathan WR
14 Douglas, Dameane WR
15 Dillard, Sean WR
84 Cloman, Scott WR
83 Russell, Cliff WR
39 Clark, Ryan S
48 Strother, Billy LB
55 Mitchell, Kevin LB
92 Heuer, Norman DT
78 Killings, Cedric DT
73 Boschetti, Ryan DT
90 White, Greg DE
72 Clemons, Nic DE
71 Evans, Demetric DE
23 Jimoh, Ade DB
38 Wilds, Garnell CB
22 Brown, Ralph CB
63 Ferrario, Bill C (though they might keep him for a 3rd C anyways)
and probably Pita or Terrell at T

that's 21-22 right there without offending anyone

Where's Kozlowski and Cooley in the mix? We should at least seen them as blockers. In fact were Rasby, Royal, Baxter? Hmmm, I think Gibbs is keeping the lid on the TEs'.
