What was that someone said about recognizing that coaching talent might not be genetically passed along from one generation to the next?

On the other hand, if a good coach in one generation produces a bad coach in the next generation, maybe the opposite is also true. If so, where do you sign up Richie Kotite's kid to be a head coach???
