'..sultan should be giving thanks to coach gibbs and the rest of the staff for keeping him around,instead of calling being put on the practice squad a slap in face.the only reason he's even in the nfl is becouse he played at miami and spurrier brought him in( undrafted ) i might add.

I could be wrong but I think Sultan McCullough played at USC behind/along side Raiders' RB Justin Fargas. But you're right so far as saying that Sultan should be thankful he's in the NFL.
