I've had two successful intenal job interviews. Just kiss a lot of ass and then joke about how you're kissing a lot of ass
 . If you can speak candidly with the interviewer (HR?) just explain why you feel you're better suited for the new position than you are with the old one. I wouldn't express disatisfaction with your current one, though.
