Another pet peeve, the one guy who messes up our hard ass picture at the Jack Daniels Distillery. Yes, I just had to say that because it was like a pilgrimage I went on this weekend to the Promised Land.
 Seriously though, don't smile when the rest of us are trying to look like hard asses.
