Well said.

Since I think this is addressed to me - let me revise my question by adding to the end of it - (or other or neither or all of the above). I hope this satifies you, because I aim to please.

My comment wasn't aimed at you. I meant to say that all too often we think about things in either/or fashion where no middle ground is considered "in play". That makes for irrational arguments where rational discussions could happen - - on Internet sites as well as in real life.

This particular "debate topic" is one that often devolves into an "either/or" mode very quickly. I was only trying to point out that sometimes the best answer lies somewhere between the two choices.

Since you said you "aim to please", that reminded me of a very old joke about the sign in a men's public restroom from the restroom attendants:

WE AIM TO PLEASE.
YOU AIM TOO, PLEASE.

Understood - I kind of thought that too. That's probably why I am so interested in this debate. Because a lot of times, there seems to be a stance taken that is - either/or. A discussion may soften their stance a little or make them more convinced. I, for one, may flip-flop my opinion on this subject while I read others' opinions and posts. Excuse my political-like manuevering in the meantime until I am confident that my opinion is the only opinion

The best thing is in my view to accumulate the most overall wattage for your team. Then, with the most wattage possible, you are in the best position to trade other players and so forth to bring your team into balance.
Using this analog I would pick the 10 watt bulb. If you need to have light in a dark room 10 watts gets you farther then 0 watts. Adding another 1000 watts to a lite room is a waste of time.

I would draft the best available at a position of need. Trading down as Best available don't fit a need...
