I thought finally a place where I can stick around and make an impact. I went through the same old thing my Freshman year, got onto the field on ST. Sophmore year, starting line up. Junior year, looking good! Senior year, injured during two a days and did not recover till mid season. Lost my starting job to a douche who's parents were heavily involved in politics and the school board. I am not saying that I would have went pro or anything, but I know that I was good enough to play some level of college ball. Well, that never happend because I joined the Army shortly after graduation. It still chaps my ass to this day, because I worked so hard those 4 years, only to see everything I worked hard for get taken away. Primarily because I wasn't one of the "coaches boys".

That describes this kid's parents to a T. During baseball season, his dad was bringing over thousands of dollars worth of lawn care equipment for the coaches to use on the baseball field.
