How will Gibbs' "relaxed" offseason policy affect the team?

The relaxed offseason does keep some players fresh and mentally strong for the long season. As long as the players come into camp healthy, strong, and ready to kick ass, who cares where they work out. In todays NFL these players make a ton of money and equip their homes with gyms as good as the teams facility. plus they have trainers in the offseason as well. I am not against it. What I hope isn't as relaxed this year is the training camp itself. Seems like gibbs and co. went a little easy this past year.

aswering a post regarding Marcus lining up at a DE on passing situations : not sold on that idea. I think he was very effective when he was the 5th rusher on the blitz. Using him as a sole rusher in the traditional 4 down lineman doesn't seem like that good of an idea. when he is the blitzer he is generally taking on RB's or TE's and he has a good match up. IN the traditional down lineman he will be taking on much bigger guys and possible double teams. That would seem to completely take him out of the plays. I am never a big fan of taking LB's and using them solely as passrushers in a down lineman stance.
