12th man

[A more immediate concern is whether the players will have any energy left for the fourth quarter Sunday against the Buccaneers. Arrington raised the issue while making an appeal to the fans to be more supportive of the team, saying that the "tired monster is scared when the 12th man is on the field."]

this is from an artilcle on SI website about how gruling practice is for the skins. arrington wants some action from us (the fans) so lets give to him!!!!!!!

We should try to start to get everyone to start jumping again and shaking the bleachers. People do it a lot in college ball, but no NFL teams do it (even though we used to at RFK). I saw we bring back that tradition and make it clear to the NFL what team has the best fans.

Even the old time Redskin Players mentioned being awed about those bleacher bounching games

For everyone who was at the game: How loud was the stadium? How filled was the stadium? I'm curious, wonder if we did our part.

I heard that the attendence was 90K+ I don't know if it was rocking like RFK, but it looks like the Fans did their part.

The real noise kicked off in the 4th as desired by Laavar. No doubt a forced timeout by Brad Johnson. 3rd and 12 with 4 minutes was pretty darn loud. Still horse

Hopefully Snyder will put a partial roof on or something to really make the noise of 92k people a factor.

Plus he wants a superbowl to be here.

I was at the game- Section 205.

I thought the crowd noise was really good in the 1st and 4th quarter. Everyone was really down in the dumps in the 3rd, and in shocked silence after that Barber TD return.

The guy in front of me spilled his beer and didnt even notice for like 10 seconds as we all looked in shocked silence.
