Re: Jerry Falwell No More
Could we delete this please.
I find it sickining. If someone had the same comment about the VT kids would the post be left? No. Christian bashing is PC in America it always seems. Post your name smashing the Muslims tough guys. Jihad against yer tail. Bash a Christian and they...."turn the other cheek". Real brave. As a Christian I forgive the comment but would like it removed. It's sick to disrespect the dead. peace and prayers mike

Re: Jerry Falwell No More
I never cared for Falwell's politics or religious rants, but I've got to kind of second SBF's point that it's kind of wrong to bash the dead.

Re: Jerry Falwell No More
Falwell was really extreme, and quite often a moron, but that doesn't make him a bad person. In fact, as far as I know, he was a very good, faithful person, whose ideals clashed violently with American Society. As far as criticism, he generally deserves whats coming to him.
But if I cared enough to make a formal complaint, which I do not (unless you count this), I'd want Daseal's post removed. If being extreme and moronic was grounds for damnation, they'd be lined up back into purgatory right now.

Re: Jerry Falwell No More
This man said "we deserved 9/11."
Its not an anti-Christian sentiment. This guy was a complete and udder piece of trash and I stand 100% by what I said. The world is a far better place with him six feet under. Just a note, if what I said gets deleted I'll be quite upset. It's my opinion, if you don't like it I'm really not concerned. It's my opinion, you have yours, and we'll have to agree to disagree.

You can have your opinions and he can have his. I'm not going to whine. I'm just maybe a bit offended of the timing of your comment. Dude is dead. Look, he was crazy, and pretty stupid in general. But he was a human, and I just feel that what you said was out of line. That is all. Carry on.
