There are places in Fla that would work best probably. Gulf side. Find me a small little key and buy it. Put a ginormous house on it made to utilize every hurricane prep product/service known to man. Something only reachable by boat probably.

I love the Clearwater area in Florida. I'd want to be somewhere like that, where I could be on the beach one minute and at the mall or store the next minute.
