I know what you mean. We have actually had people come in the jail with video cameras and proceeded to walk around and record the layout of the visitation area. What?!!! One chick got really pissed off when we explained to her that you weren't allowed to videotape a SECURED AREA without permission. She said we were approaching her in a "threatening manner", but she wouldn't explain to us why she was videotaping. We found out later she was the sister of a fugitive we were holding who was classified as an escape risk. A few weeks later another lady came in and claimed she was shooting a documentary.
