No, but riding a specialized motor vehicle, whether it be a tractor trailer or a motorcycle, without the proper training, no matter who does it, I believe qualifies empirically as stupid as defined above, under either (2) or (3).

It was a poor decision and marked a lack of intelligence or care.

Gotta agree with that. I've been riding for over 10 years, but when I started riding, I made sure I took a lot of advice and followed the laws of the road and got a permit.
