They do have the big displays at the city parks, but Joe Shmoe down the street can't set off fireworks in his backyard that go over 8ft high. Vendors aren't allowed to sell them here. They might as well just sell us a big pack of sparklers. We have to get the good stuff from SC. If we do shoot off the big ones, we have to scatter when the cops show up.
