Uhhhh no I am 18 just turned it. She is 17 will be 18 on august 23rd. That is not statitory rape (in my book). Screw what the law says her parents have to press charges on me and they wont.

If it happens after August 23rd, they cant do anything without video proof. And there is none.

In NC, she would have to be under 16 for it to be considered statutory.
