Re: Bears waive troubled DT Tank Johnson
We would be the bomb diggity if we could sign both. lol. immagine...one great DT and another showing up half way through the season with a chip on his shoulder. Hey....don't we play the Bears this year? Oh yeah, week 14. He would be primed to settle a score. lol. sign him.

Re: Bears waive troubled DT Tank Johnson
I don't see how signing either one or both of them could make the team worse. It would actually be pretty shrewd when everyone cringed that they didn't draft D-line and being patient would allow them to pick up a very good veteran.
I would pick Simon over Johnson only because you could plug him in right away. Hell, if they took a chance on D. Russell you might as well consider Tank as well. |

Re: Bears waive troubled DT Tank Johnson
I thought Simons problems were that he didnt work out and came in waaaay overweight and out of shape in INDY. He was a beast in Philly and i would deff. take him over Tank... but you know THE DANNY...we could end up with either one, both, or neither; but if he wants one he'll get one.
