This notion that we are in trouble if we let Brunell go is a joke, the fact is we are in trouble until we let him go! Sooner or later Gibbs has to cut the cord with this guy and realize that there are people on this planet who can play QB besides his beloved Brunell. If Campbell goes down, all of a sudden Brunell is going to lead us to the promised land? He's proven otherwise, I would much rather have an inexperienced QB in there who has the possiblity of becoming a winner, rather than a proven loser like Brunell. Brunell has had more than his fair share of opportunities to lead this team and has been horrible, time to move on!

This is Brunells last year on the team. When he restructured his contract before this season, it was made so it automatically voids after this season. He's probably gonna retire after this year.
