Diff of opinion on that one. On that 2nd interception, the defender that was called for Pass Interference was the same one that intercepted the ball. According to my understanding, the defensive player has just as much right to the ball as the offensive player so incidental contact (which I thought it was) is not a penalty. Regardless, it was double coverage and Ramsey threw back against his body which goes into the whole Ramsey not improving thing...
