Re: Redskins vs. Eagles predictions
we historically either run well against the eagles or score with the running game and cause fumbles maybe a pick ... 2 or 3 sacks ... randle el punt return TD this week.

Re: Redskins vs. Eagles predictions
What's truly great about Eagles fans is their complete willingness to throw any and all players under the bus. I had clowns at work talking about how they never should have let Garcia get away. Now that's an intelligent fan base.

Re: Redskins vs. Eagles predictions
I wouldn't put too much stock in how Philly fared against the Packers. Philly rarely loses games back to back and you can bet that Andy Reid has had his guys busting their asses after the loss. I have a lot of respect for McNabb and fully expect him to recover.
But, our running game looks, yet again, very strong and I'm not convinced that Philly's D is going to be able to stop us from pounding the rock. They had trouble stopping the run last year, they got rid of their best run-stopper in J. Trotter, and replaced him with a guy who is smaller than Sean Taylor was last year. I predict our running game will tally 210 yards (110 for Portis, 65 for Betts, 20 from Campbell, and 15 from ARE). JC will have a better game with Wade at RT - freeing up Cooley to run routes (55% completion rate for 210 yards, 1 TD, and 0 INTs). On defense, I think McNabb will have a good day, but not enough to pull out a win (63% completion rate for 235 yards and 1 TD). We limit their ground attack to 80 total yards and O TDs for a 3.7 ypc. Final score, Skins 23, Eagles 20. |

Oh what the hell. I predict an embarrassing blowout: Redskins 38, Eagles 6.

Any Redskins fan that picks the Eagles to win this game is dead to me.

Re: Redskins vs. Eagles predictions
Low scoring game with a lot of field goals for both teams.
Redskins 22 (5 fieldgoals and a defensive touchdown) Eagles 9 On offense, Portis puts up 130 yards rushing, Betts 60, and the passing game is erratic. On defense, we stuff them for the most part, giving up the occasional big play but no TDs Oh yeah...No major injuries! |
