Arrow LColes, Lavar, Jansen, YOGA, 1000 Yrs Liquid Herb, Preventing Injuries

With the most recent knee injury to player such as Lavar and those nagging injuries such as LColes' big toe, Jansen, Phil Daniels, Mike Barrow, I wonder if anyone on this message board know about:

1.) Does Redskins strength/conditioning coaching staff is open minded enough to use YOGA and 1000 Yrs Liquid Herb and any other new age method to cure & prevent injury to all Redskins players?

2.) Does anyone know – how to personally contact and send an email to John Dunn (Head Strength/Conditioning coach) & Bubba Tyer ?
(Bubba is not listed? on redskins.com)

3.) Does anyone know – how to personally contact and send an email to Ernest Byner?
I think Ernest Byner is extremely open minded for curing & treating injuries, bumps & bruises with any simple new age method that works.

______ Explanation to those who does not know or unaware:

1.) Proper YOGA exercise will elongate the muscle and tendon. The elongated muscle and tendon will bend but not break (or torn) during collisions & piles up on the football field.

2.) The 1000 Yrs Liquid Herb will penetrate human skins and accelerate & speed up the healing process of those injured muscle and tendon by at least a factor of 6. Thus normal injury downtime of 6 days will be reduced to 1 day. And these 1000 Yrs Liquid Herb cost only $20 / Liter.
(Note: I am not selling this Liquid Herb. I only know where to buy them.)

3.) The 1000 Yrs Liquid Herb is very easy to use. One just soaks those injured muscle and tendon in it for 10 minutes.
___ This 1000 Yrs Liquid Herb is perfect for running back such as Portis. Knowing most running backs will always soak themselves in Jacuzzi for 1 day after a hard day work on the field.

4.) Btw, using ice to reduce swellings is such a primitive method and will cause chronic arthritis in the long run.
This icing method is typical of standard western medicine principle of treating the symptoms, but not the causes.

5.) Almost all standard western doctors will use DRUG & CUT method to treat the symptoms, but not removing the underlying causes of diseases or injuries. ___ Who does make the most money if one just treats the symptoms? ___ The fat cats are Doctors, Pharmaceutical Drugs & Suppliers corporations of course. ______ Why? ___ Because the same diseases & injuries keep showing up again & again & again.

The bottom line is we all want to have the full & healthy Redskins squad to play & dominate the Cowdungs, the Gints, the Iggles, & the rest of the NFL. ___ If Redskins top players are injured all the time, there is no way we can dominate the Cowdungs, the Gints, the Iggles.

Note: Greetings & Salutation to U Smootsmack.

you'd think football trainers would try anything. im sure they've tried crazy things in the past, if not them, probably the players themselves have.

You can use all kinds of natural remedies and yoga to prevent some injuries but torn ACL's and cartilage or a 300 pound guy falling on your leg that's something else. I'm sure the conditioning trainers are away of all of the available cures for pain.

haha like those emails that go something like

'Dears Sirs, allow me to introduce myself, I am Hakim Billohji and I have 10 million dollars I need to transfer to the United States. I will give you 10% for your troubles, all I need is your bank account numbers, your social security number, your credit card numbers, your first born, etc.'

I don't know about the liquid, but yoga (or proper stretching techniques) is/are widely recognized for preventing injuries to connective tissue. I am positive that all NFL clubs are well-schooled on it's benefits and proper techniques for application.

Isn't the Nigerian guy a king or prince or something and the 10 mill is his inheritance? Sounds like a sure thing to me!!
