Well look, we'll have our Tuesday morning meeting tomorrow and discuss all the hate (as we always do). And there are a lot of things that need work. On the other hand, there is a lot that contractually has to be done and a lot that is done very well.

But, I've learned that most don't care to hear that. They don't want to hear about the business of it all, or the bigger picture. They just want to complain. That's cool, but to that I have "no comment"
