Why Ray Brown over Kenyatta Jones???

Kenyatta Jones is a better run blocker than Ray Brown. Ray Brown is a better pass blocker than Kenyatta Jones. Kenyatta Jones requires help from a tight end when pass blocking . Ray Brown does not.
That might be why Bugel and Gibbs have decided to go with Brown over Jones. You don't want your blindside tackle being a weak pass blocker.
Ray Brwon free's up the TE to help somewhere else or go out for a pass. Which why we saw Walter Rasby and Robert Royal (blocking TE's) catch a pass in the last two games, but not the first game.
