Yeah we've pretty much known this for a while now it's not really a secret.

All I know is when he's on the field he busts his ass and goes 110 mph whether it's running or blocking.

I have zero questions regarding his heart and I don't see what the big deal is if he takes himself out, Gibbs has let him do that from day one.
