Benefits of running the ball:
1. Wears down the opponent's defense. If a defense is tired you can run and pass on them all day. 2. Play action, play action, play action! If you can't run the ball whose going to fall for you worthless play action fakes? p.s. Someone has been playing Madden way too much!
