Cap question for Canuck
On exteremskins, someone started a thread saying Peter King on Sirius radio that "the 'Skins are the only team over the cap next year - and we are over by 19.5M?"
Is this just so-much BS, as I think? Since I rely on you for all my cap knowledge, I ask you--what does our cap look like for next year, as best you can figure? Thanks!!!

Re: Cap question for Canuck
While I have no doubt we're over the cap for next year I'd be pretty shocked if we were the only team over the cap.

Re: Cap question for Canuck
What I'd like to know is what kind of space we can create by cutting some guys. Daniels, Lloyd, etc.

Re: Cap question for Canuck
We're only like $4 million over next years cap. We're at $120 million and the cap will be $116 million.

Can't wait for the "Cap-less" year, with Snyders $$$, we will essentially buy the Super Bowl Trophy.

Use the big bucks to resign OUR talent first, even if we do so at slightly higher than normal rate. While I am not sure of hte cap ramifications, it seems to me that if we had signed Dock at close to his demands, we would be in a better position now.
