I would say a tie between the Packers and Steelers fans. Probably the most knowledgeable fans in the NFL as well.

Skins used to be #1 just for the fact until expansion they had a huge market. Best fans by far are the Pack, followed by Pittsburgh. Everyone else has a ton of folks that just go to the games to party like the Lions. I think the Skins are just behind Pittsburgh or maybe one other team like Cleveland. The fact that Fedex has sold out even during the current era of losing tells you alot!!!!!!! The silverdome never sold out with the Lions, e ven if they were in contention.

The Steelers. I cant go anywhere without seeing tons of them and I live in Florida.
