Here are the tiebreakers

1. Head-to-head (team with the best record in all games played between the teams tied) We split
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division. (This is for determining Division Champion; also, if there is a tie for a wild-card berth, this is used for breaking ties within a division.) Right now Philly and Skins are both 1-3 in division, both with two games left to play.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games (only applicable with a minimum of 4 common opponents). Now it gets kind of complicated. Both beat Miami (1-0, 1-0); both lost first time to NYG (1-1, 1-1); both beat Det (2-1, 2-1); both lost to GB (2-2, 2-2); both lost to NE (2-3, 2-3); both beat the Jets (3-3, 3-3); both lost first time to Dallas(3-4, 3-4); Skins beat Chi, Philly lost (4-4, 3-5); Philly beat Minnesota and has Buffalo the final week.
4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. Philly 3-6; Skins 4-5
5. Strength of victory (winning percentage of opponents that were beaten). Don't want to figure that out, probably pretty close since they only had two non-common opponents and have pretty much beaten the same teams.
6. Strength of schedule (winning percentage of all opponents played). See above, non-common opponents were: Skins - Tampa 8-4; AZ 6-6; Philly - Seattle 8-4; New Orleans 5-7
7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed. (That is, the "strength of victory" for all opponents from the same conference.)
8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed (That is, the "strength of victory" for all opponents.)
9. Best net points in common games
10. Best net points in all games
11. Best net touchdowns in all games
12. Coin flip.

So that is basically just a really long way of saying it's better for Philly to lose, GO SEAHAWKS! and Go Cowboys unfortunately.

I wonder how far down that list the NFL has ever had to go.
