I don't see Tomlin getting it only because the Steelers right now aren't truly his team. It's Bill Cowher's talent. Don't get me wrong he's done a great job, but he took over a talented team full of battle tested vets and all he's had to do is hold the reins and not ruin a good thing.

Those teams kept their quarterbacks healthy, attrition is part of football -- it's not an excuse it's something you have to work around and expect.
Oh, we're on the same page. Clearly, clearly I think Belichick will get the nod, and deservedly so. That's why I have him at number one. I've always maintained that injuries aren't an excuse but a reality. But even you would agree that Joe Gibbs has dealt with that reality quite well.

But...but, I think Joe Gibss does deserve some consideration. He's done a great job any way you want to slice it. That's not taking anything away from the other guys at all. Tomlin, he's just not on the top of my list. And I'll bet we'll see why in the playoffs.

Romeo Crennel: .......................he has done more with less than any coach out there.

So has Gibbs and if Romeo doesn't make the playoffs and Gibbs does, that would be a moot point.

Pretty much. But if they both go the playoffs, I think Gibbs will still receive more votes than Crennel.

Look I'm not anti Gibbs far from it but he's a HOF coach and like it or not people expect more and considering the money paid by Snyder for asst Coachs and players...............I believe Romeo has done more.

I love Romeo, I think he's a great coach. As for having less to work with, I just looked the Brown's roster and they have a lot of #1 picks and some pretty solid guys. i.e. K2, Edwards, Jamal Lewis, Joe Thomas, Hank Fraley, Etc.
