Mike Nolan, John Fox, Scott Linehan could and probably should all get fired. I wouldn't have kept Marvin Lewis either. He's a defensive genius but his defense is continuously poor. He has a bunch of troublemakers on the team (who he played a huge part in selecting, if not the final say), and TJ and Chad are supposedly getting into locker room arguments with Palmer.
