the Rams & Broncos, but the rams had key injuries. The Broncos had a big offseason, signing some big names, but they failed to take advantage of a division that was floundering until SD went on its latest win streak.

As for players, what about Vick? I know, the criteria must be guys that played. That said, I'd go with Byron Leftwich. He went from franchise qb to journeyman this year. His ankle has never been right, but he also has a terribly long wind up throw.
