what i'm saying is if someone has an illegal gun he's gone...what's an honest person doing with an illegal gun???? that simple. there has to be guidelines...

and do me a favor... find the post where I advocate 1 month sentences for repeat drunk driving offenders. If I were writing the laws, there would be very stiff penalties for that as well....
