Maybe it is a head coach currently in the league. Someone we'd be willing to give up compensation for. A jeff Fisher, etc.
Also, Sirius 2 days after Gibbs left mentioned Marty. Said Snyder and Marty buried the hatchet when someone related to Marty got cancer. Snyder pulled strings to get them to the best specialists, let Marty and his family use the private jet, etc.
