As far as moving forward without Gibbs, this may be the best scenario, a guy that knows how to build a team, and a guy that knows how to coach. I would be a little disappointed that GW wouldn't get a chance, and I am a little wary that Danny chose Vinny over him, but if this move works I'm all for it. I don't mind the idea of Fassel being HC, but if we start seeing the bullshit we saw from this front office pre-Gibbs then we'll know whats what.

If it works out, I'm sure we ALL are for it. I guess the problem I'm having is that they keep cutting the probability of it ever working out. Fingers crossed though...
