If they are not going to hire Williams, then hire Schwartz, Singletary or Grimm. McDaniel will probably turn it down and I consider Spagnuolo a little less experienced than Schwartz, plus Spagnuolo has Eagle and Giants coodies.

Actually Spagnuolo has Redskins ties:

Spagnuolo spent four months as a scout for the San Diego Chargers under then-general manager Bobby Beathard. His first NFL experience came in 1983 as an intern with the Washington Redskins under then-assistant general manager Charlie Casserly.
