oh how quickly we forget

does anyone else remember the last couple years when we changed quarterbacks more than we changed our underwear and all we kept saying was just pick someone and stick with him. i agree that brunnell is stinkin up the joint but this is what this team needs some consistency something we havent had in a long time and if we give them a chance to work out the bugs and get on the same page maybe we can start winning games CONSISTENTLY this is what seperates the good teams from the bad chemistry and consistency.

Very good point- but I think that if we take Brunell out midseason- then he wont be seen again as a Redskins barring injury to Ramsey. As Gibbs himself has said, Ramsey is the future.

Brunnell was horrible in the bears game thank god for the defense... but i can't completly put it on brunnell it also the play calling we are not fooling anyone. no playactions on first or second down even though portis had 36 attempts, 171 yards I think we could of fooled them at least once.

I do remember that but i also look at the stats today and i see that other teams quarterback threw for 65 yards and had a higher QB rating then brunell

BrunellFan, are you still wearing your screen name with pride or are you having some doubts now?

i feel liek the only reason we are sticking iwth gibbs is becuase of what we are paying him. if ramsey comes in and then sucks then we will be complaining again. i do want brunell out but at the same time it is smart to leave him in and let him learn the system just like everyone else. itsd better than change. ya never know, mabye he will get his timing down with teh recieviers and start to move the ball. i sure hope so

i dont think brunell's problem is timing,i think it's the fact that his accuracy is gone.he missed a wide open coles, that would have been a td.he also overthrew way to many passes.8-22 isn't very good, actually it stinks.

under 40% completion and nowhere close on any deep passes, constant mistakes from a vet and under 100 yards in two games running... i can't take it anymore... he's gotta go.
