My ball goes to Smoot. He came back in the game and threw his body around like tomorrow was his last day. A true solider.

First off defense: Smoot played his heart out, injured one play before and to come out and make that tackle with the same shoulder was a brilliant show heart and intensity. Deion would of never did that.
Griffin ties with taylor for the "got my swag back award" they realy had something to prove after last week. Griffin letting j.Lewis get away in the fourth, and taylor really stinkin it up on open field tackling period. he showed why he's a first rounder today... note I have been posting since the beginning to send taylor on a blitz to get his confidence up, because after that he will change the game, very similar to Ed Reed in that regaurd. "I see ya Dawg award": Washington potienial probowler type playing not noticed much but i see ya playa!! Offense: Portis no question, honorable mention Betts; his change of pace running was excellent. (portis also the "got your swag back" award shut the critics up son shut them up!!) "I see ya dawg Award" Rod Gardner he 's scoring td's people!! lest we forget thats what wins games. honorable mention coles moving the sticks and playing your role i see ya out there Bone head award: Brunnel, and offensive play calle. can we mix it up please... brunnell lets not play so scared, can u improvise or just throw it away, u gota be a play maker not a play faker. Farve is never scared to throw a pick that what makes him an all time great. big gambles, bigger rewards. Playcaller u are not fooling anyone with your crappy calling. I don't know who it is i won't mention any names because i would dare not talk agianst the great one like that, but can we consill the pass and play fake at the right time to make it work, u look as scared as brunnell out there. Sucky mention: samuels, I love ya to death dawg.. but you will have no leverage in the offseason if you let the player you are supposed to block effect the game like that ouch!! GO SKINS P.S. ade jimoh on the special teams hit holla back!!! steppin it up playmaker |

Smoot has shown it time and time again. WE need to get him locked up and soon he has played with bruised and broken bones including his sternem last year and he is much more important to the Defensive back field than Bailey.
It is interesting to note though people keep asking who came off best in the Portis for Bailey deal... it is a push right now both teams seemto be getting what they want if we had a passing game to go with Portis he would be a major threat and our defence has really stepped up even with the injuries to key players and Bailey leaving last year |
