Highest chance of continuity. Now that Snyder took a complete crap on the coaching staff.....all we can do is hope the crapshoot he throws works out for the team. In any case, it is highly likely that next year will be a offensive rebuilding year...it would be nice if the defense didn't have to do that at the same time. Synder is a really crappy owner and obviously has poor integrity. I miss Gibbs already
