Fassel is a coach desperate for a HC job in the NFL. What he brings to Snyderato is a coach that will bend to all their demands, which is what they are lookng for.
IMO Gregg Williams was removed from consideration because he did not agee with what Snyer wanted. He wanted to run his own ship. Which is what any good HC candiate would want. I still believe the main sticking points between Williams and Snyer was GM, William does not like Cerrato and who would be offensive coordinator.
We will see what ends up happening. Maybe Snyder will build a Superbowl contender. But as long as Snyder and Cerratto call all the shots, I say it is unlikely.
