The only problem I've really had with Snyder through this whole ordeal is having him not taking responsibility for his actions. For example during his recent interview at the Super Bowl he said "we just want to complete the process" or something like that where I would have respected him a lot more if he had said "I want to take my time and make sure I get this right." I'm tired of him hiding behind set company policy and the word "we", where he should at least act like an owner and lay claim to what he has done both good (bringing back Gibbs) and bad (treating Williams like shit).

The one example I'd like to bring up concerning how its done is the owner of the Memphis Grizzlies. In a recent press conference he took full responsiblity for the Pau Gasol trade, and at the same time explained why he did it. Though I don't agreee with the trade I still respect him because the guy fessed up and gave me valid and rational reasons for what he did. Of course this has been said a millon times before.

Anyway thanks Smootsmack for pointing out the YouTube videos. Sounds like Spags has got a bit of an accent, though I can't really put my finger on what type.
