I agree that building through the draft is best. I am in no way implying that we should rebuild our team based solely on former protoge's. I am talking about a subtle character who knows the system, can impact our effenciency, and work mostly behind the scenes at practice to get us going on the right track ASAP. I dont see us losing alot of players we currently have and i feel that Dano has learned (or starting to learn i.e. Lloyd, Archuleta... eeeeesh) from the Spurrier/Marty eras and has made a fair attempt (Landry, Cartwright, Cooley, Taylor, JC, Rogers...) at building through the draft and will continue to do so .
