A fourth rounder on a guy who moderately produces isn't necessarily a bad thing. As long as we aren't using the first 2-3 picks to get this guy, I would say that would be OK. We do need a taller receiver for possession purposes. Cooley is great, but we need someone who is a tad bit faster and get a mismatch on a linebacker or a safety to pick up key third down conversions.
