Re: 2008 Video Game List
GTA, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and probably Madden because even though I'm pretty disgusted with 08 I don't have online so I buy the new Madden every year for the roster changes.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
GTA yeah I left that one off. I put money down on GTA Back in Sept when they thought it was going to be released in Oct. If I put money down on it for reserve, its still there right?

Re: 2008 Video Game List
Yeah, that money should still be there along with your reserve of the game itself.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
Metal Gear Solid 4 is going to be the best game ever. Sleep, personal hygiene and work will take a backseat to a ninja named Gray Fox, and old man named Snake and living robots.
I can't fking wait....

personally I think this year is gonna trump last year and that's saying something. I can't wait for Rainbow Six Vegas2, Dark Sector, Final Fantasy Crisis Core, Too Human, GTA 4, Star Wars, Ninja Gaiden 2, Fallout 3, Halo Wars, Civilization, Starcraft 2 and Hot Shots Golf. But 3 titles I think are gonna be big sleeper titles are Borne Conspiracy, Little Big Planet, and Prototype. Last fall I actually got to talk with the developers of these three titles in particular and they are seriously gonna knock people's socks off.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
Oh snap I forgot about that game, that's another one on my list that I'd like to get. I'm pretty much a beginner to the MGS series because the only one I've played was MGS: Substinence but that game kicked major ass and I was def. looking forward to the next one.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
No one else likes Tekken or Mortal Kombat so I guess I am alone.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
I like Tekken. I haven't played since... I think Tekken 5 was the last one I played. I don't play online though so really no reason to pick up the game.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
saw some of tekken 6 last september and wasn't impressed at all. mortal kombat could be tight but I'm much more looking forward to street fighter 4 and especially soul calibur 4.

Re: 2008 Video Game List
personally I think the series took a bit of a drop off after Metal Gear Solid on the playstation 1, but that's mainly cuz it got weird as freakin hell. I seriously think Kojima has lost his marbles. I am hoping this turns the series around, but I won't hold my breath after seeing some of the weird ass stuff from the demo's they've held over the last year.
