Very interesting situation you have, Tuna. You're actually considering moving away because your family is considering it. You must either really love your extended family or are not at all attached to your current job.
That's so far opposite from me that it's tough for me to even comprehend. If my in-laws moved away I'd wave bon voyage, see you at Christmas! LOL But if you don't mind cold weather, I hear Denver is a lovely place to live.
