Every established No. 1 receiver in the NFL can burn D'Angelo Hall with consistency. We do have a need for a player with his skill set (i.e. top end No. 2 corner), but that skill set should cost us roughly a 4th round pick, and 3-4 million dollars a year.

Because D. Hall can run his mouth and alienate his coaches, it masks the fact that he isn't, nor will ever be a great player. He's got better speed than Carlos Rogers, but Rogers is more technically sound and has been developing better year to year than Hall, and some people on this board still think he's a bust. If that's the case (and it's opinional), then how is Hall not reaching bust territory.

Pro bowls are good for nothing except artificially inflating value. D. Hall is looking for 20 mil guaranteed somewhere, and that's more money than I'd be willing to give him in total.
