the Wire
Are any of you die hard Wire fans disappointed with the series finale as I am? Whats with HBO not knowing how to end a series correctly?

Re: the Wire
I think there another thread about this, but I haven't seen it. I do love the show however, it just hard for a college student without hbo to catch. Can find it online sometimes but that is about it.

Re: the Wire
I loved it and thought it was handled really well. Although I didn't love the first 6 episodes of this season - what with the absurd homeless abduction plot - I thought the season really redeemed itself over the last four episodes.
I loved the parallels between the first season and the final montage - nothing ever changes in Baltimore is obviously the point of the show, and I think they really captured that. I am curious as to why you hated it so much? I thought it was really good. |
