03/11/08 - WR Dwayne Jarrett was arrested early Tuesday and charged with driving while impaired. He has his first court date following the incident on Wednesday. "We talked to Dwayne today and he and all our players understand that these types of situations are unacceptable," Panthers general manager Marty Hurney said. "He certainly knows how we feel."

seriously though, he's not just a "didn't live up to expectations" bust, he seems like a "truly cannot play... at all" bust.
