I think Cleveland will be much better b/c they have a good QB in Anderson and while yes he could have the career slump, he still has a young Brady Quinn behind him in the depth chart, and I think that will be a good pressure to keep anderson in line. And besides, Anderson performed well as a QB in the AFC, which is a much tougher place to play than the NFC (especially the NFC west).

I feel that by the time Quinn gets the keys in Cleveland, the Browns won't have a serious shot at the playoffs in 2008. By 2009, I wouldn't be surprised if they emerge as an elite team in the AFC.
