Drew Henson...

I wanted to see your guys take on Drew Henson. I was away for Spring Break and havent seen the forums in the last week or so and a cursory glance showed no topic about him..

Personally I think hes a bit overrated and im glad to see the Cowboys taking a chance on him rather than getting Garcia or another proven QB.

Well, he was good in college for 8 games. I dont think the buzz/attention he got was worth it, he has been away for quite a long time, and wasent even *that* proven to begin with. This guy is all potential, he could turn out to be great, but I think he got a little too much hype.

You just never know anymore with players. Who ever thought Kurt Warner or Kyle Brady would lead their teams to Super Bowl wins. He has the potiential to be great. I see if he is it could take 2 or 3 years since he has not played in a few years. I could almost look good like he did in his workouts. It will be a different story when he goes up against people breathing down his neck trying to sack him. Only question is will Dallas keep him around after 3 years of being Quincy Carters back up.

I hope that he ends up a big bust. I wish he wouldn't have signed and taken his chances in the draft.

For the Texans(mainly Charlie Casserly) I am glad that they got the extra pick.
Other than that, I was ticked to hear it was Dallas.

I hope he'll be a bust too. He's got the physical talents to be good, but we'll see if he's got the mental capacity to play at the NFL level. Dallas now has 3 QBs with these traits now.

And we have a proven starter in Brunell and a young one in Ramsey that pretty much everyone in the league agrees has shown potential to be star NFL QB. Sounds good to me!

I like it!

I really like the Henson pick up! I'm so glad the 'roids overpaid for both him and Hutch! They just may meet Mr. Cap Ceiling before we do, now with Meshawn as well. I'll bet the 'roids fans are thinking SB! They all need to stop shoveling that stinking manure! It's getting to them! No, I guess they will never get their feet out of the manure, and they will not get that effect of the smell out of their head! Great!

[QUOTE=Skins fan 44]You just never know anymore with players. Who ever thought Kurt Warner or Kyle Brady would lead their teams to Super Bowl wins.

Think you mean Tom Brady.

Kyle was the huge useless tight end the Jets drafted in the first round & is now with the Jags.
