see the thread about Bram's blog. In it he says that Cerrato attended Long's pro day & it wasn't "overly impressive" yet picking him 1st overall was a "no brainer." so count us among the teams that would take him if we had the chance.

There are always guys in college sports that seem to have it all, but for whatever reason can't reach that level in the pros. Of course there's a chance that Long might be another mamula, who actually wasn't bad he just didn't live up to his hype.

I wouldn't disagree w/you so much about Long if you offered some specifics, or even if you just said something like, 'my gut tells me he's not gonna be that good.'

Based on all the real evidence though, Long has all the attributes to be a good pro.
